Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your TrustHaven account and associated data at any time — from the app or by emailing us.
How to request deletion
In the TrustHaven app
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. Your request is processed within 7 business days.
By email
Email support@gettrusthaven.com from the email address or with the phone number linked to your account, with subject line "Account Deletion Request". We verify the request against the account on file and confirm once deletion is complete.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account and data cannot be recovered. Make sure to save anything you need before submitting your request.
What gets deleted
What we retain, and why
Transaction and payment references (e.g. Mobile Money references)
Required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention under Cameroonian law. These records are disassociated from your visible profile and used for no other purpose.
Anonymised platform analytics
Aggregated, non-identifiable data used to improve the platform. Cannot be traced back to you.
How long it takes
We process all deletion requests within 7 business days of verifying your identity. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been fully deleted.
